Fearing that her affair with her former housekeeper and «deadbeat» father of nine may compromise her bond with her own teenage sons, insiders believe Britney Spears ended her relationship with felon Paul Soliz.
The 42-year-old pop princess posted—and later removed—a image to Instagram on Sunday night, calling herself «single as f**k,»
barely two months after, she was seen appearing unkempt as she departed the Chateau Marmont with Soliz.
Insiders now assert that she stopped their brief marriage after reconciling with Sean Preston, 18, and Jayden, 17, who she considers to be her top priorities, and because she was afraid Soliz would have «led her down a dark path.»
«She put her kids and her health before Paul,» an exclusive insider told DailyMail.com. They were not friends, and he did not treat her the way that she deserved to be treated.
She understands that all he was a rebound. The most essential thing to her, though, is that she can now communicate with her kids once more.
«She realized that in their absence, she was looking for something or someone to fill the void, but no one can,» said the woman, who now feels entire again.
They concluded by saying, «She also realized that Paul was a deadbeat father, which really turned her off.»
