Madonna embraces the holiday spirit by celebrating Christmas and Hanukkah together with four of her kids and boyfriend Akeem Morris: ‘All in One Go.’
Madonna is embracing double the holiday cheer this season, celebrating with her children by her side!
On Thursday, December 26, the 66-year-old music legend marked the festive season with a series of Instagram photos featuring her boyfriend, Akeem Morris, and four of her children: Lourdes Leon, 28, Chifundo “Mercy” James, 18, and 12-year-old twins Stella and Estere.
Commemorating both Christmas and the first night of Hanukkah, which coincided this year, the seven-time Grammy winner shared a heartwarming video montage. The slideshow, set to Andy Williams’ iconic *It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year*, offered a glimpse into the family’s celebrations and elegant decorations.
“The most wonderful day of the year … X-mas and Hanukkah all at once. 🎄🕎 🎁 ♥️!!” Madonna captioned the post. In the video, she posed alongside her daughters and Morris, all dressed in festive red-and-black outfits. Madonna donned a blue-checkered sweater in one snapshot taken in front of her blue-and-white-themed Christmas tree.
Later, she matched Lourdes and Mercy in chic black ensembles, accessorizing with a long necktie and sheer gloves, while her youngest daughters twinned in red dresses accented with silver details.
Adding to the holiday spirit, Madonna gave fans a peek at a lit menorah before capturing sweet moments with Morris, who sported a cozy grey turtleneck and, in another shot, went shirtless. Madonna’s family includes sons Rocco, 24, and David, 19, who were not pictured in this celebration but joined her for Thanksgiving earlier in the year.
Reflecting on family and loss, Madonna recently shared touching memories of her father, Silvio Ciccone, in a post honoring their resilience after a difficult year. “Watching him cry in the cemetery as we buried my brother Christopher—right after he lost his wife—was a moment I will never forget,” she wrote.
Looking ahead, Madonna is diving back into music. On December 16, she revealed via Instagram that she and producer Stuart Price are crafting new tracks.
“These past few months have been medicine for my soul,” she shared. “Songwriting and making music is where I never have to ask for permission… I’m so excited to share it with you.”
