Jessica Alba looks radiant as she flashes a smile and wears a khaki trench coat
Jessica Alba was glowing as she landed in Milan after a long-distance flight to Italy during Fashion Week on Thursday afternoon.
The actress, 42, cut a stylish figure in a Tod’s coat khaki trench coat which featured a leather trim, which she wore over a black Falconeri turtleneck.
Jessica styled the look with a pair of black trousers and chunky boots, as she oozed military chic for her arrival in the country.
The American star opted for a fresh-faced look and wore her highlighted locks swept back into a messy bun, while adding a pair of wire-frame glasses.
It is likely that Jessica is in town to check out some of the latest fashion trends which are being revealed on the runway during Fashion Week.
Jessica’s trip comes after she recently revealed she and her daughter Honor, 15, entered therapy after squabbling too much.
The star said she asked for help when she felt she was at the end of her rope: ‘I was like, I don’t want to live like this,’ she said.
Covering the new issue of Real Simple magazine, Jessica extolled the virtues of therapy while acknowledging that ‘it’s a process, and I’m not perfect.’
She shared that she decided to seek help when ‘Honor was probably 11, and we were arguing all the time about dumb stuff.’
Jessica added that 12-year-old Haven was also in session with them.
Eventually, Jessica was able to ameliorate some of her own behavior and Honor found it easier to understand that her mother ‘was just being a parent.’
Jessica recalled: ‘I was like, I don’t want to live like this. This is not fun. I didn’t want us to have a wedge between us.’
She explained: ‘As her mother, when I say something, she’s going to hear it as an argument or as me trying to control her. I wanted there to be someone who could explain things in a way I couldn’t.’
