The former Big Brother contestant revealed that he had a rhinoplasty; naturally, Frankie made fun of his new nose, even though he didn’t give an explanation for the surgery.
Uploading a picture on Instagram, The 41-year-old posted a photo on July 6 with a bandage over his nose and bruising beneath his eyes, captioning it, «New nose.» Who is this?»
No one was more supportive of him than his sister Ariana Grande, even though many fans were thrilled that he was so open about having plastic surgery.
The 31-year-old said in the comments, «perfect in all ways, always!!!!»
Frankie, who has been married to Hale Leon since 2022, has previously talked about how emotional it was for both of them when Ariana was cast as Glinda in the upcoming Wicked movie. So, the love and support are reciprocal.
«She worked very, very, very, very, very hard on the audition process, and she would let me in afterward and tell me how each one of them went,» Frankie told E!
News in the past. «I recall that we both started crying at the same time when she told me she had booked it. Since it was what she had spent her entire life dreaming of.»
The Broadway actor recently revealed that he really likes Ariana’s current boyfriend, Ethan Slater, who costarred with her in Wicked.

Frankie has actually been a fan since they first spoke during Ethan’s Broadway run of The SpongeBob Musical. Above all, he is simply appreciative that Ariana was able to find the right man for her.
