Travis Kelce will be skipping the Grammys with Taylor Swift due to Super Bowl preparations.
Travis Kelce won’t be able to attend the 2025 Grammy Awards with Taylor Swift, but there’s a solid reason behind it: the Super Bowl.
The 35-year-old tight end will be busy preparing for the big game, meaning he won’t be able to join his girlfriend on February 2 as the Kansas City Chiefs are scheduled to land in New Orleans before Swift even steps onto the red carpet in Los Angeles.

The Chiefs, including quarterback Patrick Mahomes, are set to arrive at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport at 4 p.m. on February 2—just one week before their showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles at the 2025 Super Bowl, held at the Caesar’s Superdome.
Meanwhile, Swift is nominated for six Grammy awards, including Song, Album, and Record of the Year.
The Recording Academy confirmed her attendance on January 30 and announced she will be a presenter at the event, which will take place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

The Academy shared on X, “Are you ready for it? @taylorswift13 is joining us this Sunday as a presenter at the 67th #GRAMMYs.”
Although they haven’t yet confirmed which category she’ll present in, the pop sensation, who has won 14 Grammys, is sure to make an impact at the ceremony.
While Swift is attending the Grammys, Kelce and the Chiefs will be busy with their Super Bowl preparations.

Should the Chiefs emerge victorious on February 9, they would make NFL history by securing their third consecutive Super Bowl win.
Swift, who has shown her support at Kelce’s previous playoff games, will likely cheer him on at the Super Bowl in New Orleans.
After the Chiefs clinched their Super Bowl spot with a win over the Buffalo Bills on January 26, Swift was seen celebrating with Kelce on the field.

She told him, «I’m so proud of you,» showering him with hugs and kisses. «I love you so much,» she added. «I can’t stand it.»
When the Chiefs face off against the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, Kelce had one message for Swift: “Wait for two weeks, New Orleans, Louisiana, baby!”
