The Six Children of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Don’t Want to Become Famous, Angelina Jolie explains

The former couple has six children: Maddox (23), Pax (20), Zahara (19), Shiloh (18), and twins Knox and Vivienne (16).

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s children are not intending on following in their parents’ footsteps.

While speaking with E! News at the AFI premiere of her new film Maria in Los Angeles on Sunday, Oct. 27, the actress, 49, revealed that she does not expect any of her six children — Maddox, 23, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16, whom she shares with ex Pitt — to follow in her footsteps as actors.

«No, I think they’re especially shy, very private people,» she told the site. «They want to be private.»

Earlier this month, only a few days after dropping her legal battle against the Department of Justice and the FBI for papers related to the alleged 2016 aircraft incident involving Pitt, a family source said that Jolie’s children are her «biggest supporters.»

«Over the last several years, she’s been able to establish a life for herself and her children that makes everyone happy.

«It was difficult at first, but Angie is proud of the children’s resilience and strength,» added the source.

«They’re also her biggest supporters,» the insider continued. «The kids are all amazing.»

«Being stuck in the past is not something Angie desires. «She wants to focus on her family, work, and the future,» the insider said.

In a September interview with CR Fashion Book, Jolie said that she and Vivienne had identical tattoos while performing on the Broadway musical The Outsiders.

«I got ‘Stay Gold’ with my daughter Viv during our time with The Outsiders,» Jolie told E! The phrase is a reference to the title of one of the original songs in the play, which Jolie co-produced with Vivienne.
