The only passenger to survive a crash in India has shared his gripping story of how he made it out alive.
Ramesh Vishwaskumar was on a flight heading to London, seated in 11A—a window seat on the left side in economy class, right next to the emergency exit.

He described a moment when the plane seemed to hang motionless in the air, followed by green and white lights flashing inside the cabin.
Then, he felt the engines roar as their power surged, and before long, the aircraft crashed at high speed into nearby houses.
Vishwaskumar managed to escape through the emergency hatch.
“I still can’t believe I survived,” he said. “For a moment, I thought it was the end. But when I opened my eyes and looked around, I realized I was alive. It’s hard to grasp how I made it through.”
