Taylor Swift admits that her emotions have become «pretty heightened» as she nears the final three shows of her Eras Tour
After six incredible shows in Toronto, Taylor Swift is preparing for the final three performances of her Eras Tour in Vancouver.
Reflecting on her time in Toronto, Swift shared her gratitude with fans on Instagram, calling the concerts «awesome» and praising the warm reception she received from the crowd, who made it feel like a hometown show.
The 34-year-old singer also expressed her thanks to her family and friends who attended, including her mom Andrea, brother Austin, and other stars like Mariska Hargitay, Zooey Deschanel, and Jonathan Scott.
Additionally, she highlighted a special moment with her opener Gracie Abrams, whom she joined on stage for a mash-up of the Grammy-nominated song “us” and “Out of the Woods.”
As the end of the tour draws near, Swift reflected on the emotional significance of the upcoming final shows, acknowledging the emotional impact the journey has had on her and her team.
“It’s gotten extremely real for us,” she wrote, adding that Vancouver will mark the final stop of the tour, which has been the «most extraordinary chapter» of her life so far.
«See you soon, Vancouver. We can’t wait to give you everything we’ve got for the final three shows,» Swift wrote ahead of her last performances.
During her Nov. 23 Toronto concert, Swift was visibly emotional after a standing ovation following «Champagne Problems.» Fighting tears, she thanked the crowd, saying, «You have no idea how much this means to me.»
For her final night in Toronto, she performed special songs, including «Sparks Fly» and «Message in a Bottle,» as well as «You’re Losing Me» and «How Did It End?»
The Eras Tour ends in Vancouver with shows from Dec. 6-8.
