Spears mentions Timberlake’s ex during swimsսit dance
Britney Spears gave a nod to Justin Timberlake’s ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz after the NSYNC alum’s shock DWI arrest earlier this week.
The Toxic hitmaker, 42, took to Instagram on Thursday to upload a new dance video and joked in the caption that she had ‘»Something About Mary» hair.’
Diaz — who began dating Timberlake after his and Spears’ 2002 split — famously starred as dream girl Mary Jensen in the 1998 rom-com There’s Something About Mary.
Spears was referring to the film’s infamous ‘hair-gel scene’ where Mary’s bangs defy gravity after mistaking love interest Ted Stroehmann’s (played by Ben Stiller’s) sperm for hair-gel.
‘I have no idea what’s going on with the hair, but obviously the «something about Mary» hair is a hit,’ wrote Spears, whose own bangs looked extra voluminous in the clip.
The mother-of-two — who is currently enjoying another Las Vegas getaway — whipped her hair around while dancing in her hotel suite.
She rocked a cheetah-print bathing suit with a deep V-neckline and a tiny black bikini top underneath.
Spears styled her sexy swimwear with black suede boots.
‘… I haven’t danced in a really long time, so I was just playing around in my cheetah bathing suit !!! A little movement and the left field piano,’ she continued in her caption, along with a string of colorful emojis.
‘… oh well … It was either make that or another grilled cheese !!!’ the Grammy Award-winner concluded.
