Felix, a single father, steps in to help his elderly neighbor, Mrs. White, tackle her overgrown lawn. Grateful for his kindness, she insists on giving him an antique box, but Felix kindly declines.
Instead, she hands him apples for his daughter, Alice, and the box ends up in the bag by mistake. Alice finds it and encourages her father to keep it, but Felix feels it’s best to return it.
