Shосking. On her latest Charli xcx collaboration, Ariana Grande sings about others believing her appearance to be «fake.»

The remix of Charli’s «Sympathy Is a Knife» from her recently released album «Brat» incorporates Grande; it’s very different yet still fierce.

In the remix of Charli xcx’s «Sympathy is a Knife,» Ariana Grande explains how unpleasant it can be to have others make assumptions about her persona and appearance.

The outstanding song «Sympathy is a Knife» from the British pop star’s most recent album Brat has Charli discussing her vulnerabilities and how they affect her mental health.

When the remixed version was released on October 11, Grande, 31, also took part in sharing her public experience.

«It’s a knife when you know they’re counting on your mistakes,» sings the Wicked star. When you’re so attractive, people assume it’s a fake.

When they dissect your body on the top page, it’s a knife. Why should you explain when people won’t believe you when it’s only a knife?»

Grande acknowledged that she has had certain cosmetic treatments in the past on a recent episode of Vanity Fair’s Lie Detector Test series, although some of the claims are unfounded.

«I’ve had fillers in various places and Botox, but I stopped like four years ago, and that is the extent,» she stated. «However, I also wholeheartedly support everyone who works in this field; anything that elevates non-conforming individuals, whether they are men or women, should be accepted. Why is it that we care?»

In an Apple Music 1 interview with Zane Lowe, 32-year-old Charli shared her reasoning for selecting Grande for the song. «I’m definitely seeing more than before that people are dissecting and taking my statements out of context based on where I was. I hurt a lot more people with the same things I do,» she remarked.

The very different but as awesome «Sympathy Is a Knife» remix by Charli and Grande can be found on the album Brat, which was released on October 11.
