Selena Gomez shines in a fairytale-inspired gown and dazzling jewelry as her fiancé, Benny Blanco, shares a kiss with her at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards.
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco definitely had that newly-engaged glow at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards!
The actress, nominated for two Golden Globes, and her music producer fiancé made their first major appearance since their December engagement.
Though they didn’t walk the red carpet together, they were seen side by side inside the Beverly Hilton, where Blanco affectionately showered his fiancée with sweet shoulder kisses during host Nikki Glaser’s opening monologue—a moment captured during the live broadcast on CBS.
Gomez, 32, looked like royalty in a custom Prada gown with an off-the-shoulder design in a soft blue hue. The dress featured a graceful column skirt with subtle pleating at the waist and a flowing scarf that she carried throughout the night.
She completed the look with a stunning diamond necklace and matching stud earrings by Tiffany & Co., adding the perfect touch of sparkle to her satin ensemble.
Her hair, styled by Renato Campora, was done in a wavy bob reminiscent of Hollywood icons like Sofia Loren, Lauren Bacall, and Marilyn Monroe, using Joico products to create the vintage-inspired look.
Blanco, 36, supported his fiancée in a white textured suit paired with a lace mock turtleneck, allowing Gomez to truly shine.
Gomez is up for two Golden Globe nominations this year: Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role for Emilia Pérez and Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for Only Murders in the Building. She also took to Instagram in December to celebrate her co-star Zoe Saldaña’s nomination in the first category, expressing how proud she was of her.
In a separate post, Gomez shared her gratitude for the Only Murders in the Building nomination, acknowledging her TV «family,» including Martin Short and Steve Martin, who were also nominated. She faces stiff competition in the TV category, with Kristen Bell, Quinta Brunson, Ayo Edebiri, Kathryn Hahn, and Jean Smart also vying for the award.
Gomez has previously been nominated twice in this category.
The actress kicked off the awards season earlier in January with a sleek all-white suit at the 36th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards.
She wore a Ralph Lauren suit with a structured blazer, tie, and trousers, and later revealed a matching button-down vest with a mesh top.
Gomez kept her hair slicked back in a neat updo and wore minimal jewelry, letting her dazzling engagement ring from Blanco take center stage.
