During her appearance on The Graham Norton Show on November 8, the 55-year-old singer and actress had a tearful reunion with a fan she had seen the day before the show was shot.
The unexpected reunion happened when Lopez, who was in the UK promoting her new movie Unstoppable, talked about how her This Is Me… Live tour had been canceled in May and recalled a lovely conversation she had had the day before.
She remarked on the broadcast, «I know a lot of the fans were coming out, so I would like to apologize to them.» As I was leaving the hotel yesterday, fans said to me, «Oh, I had tickets to go see you.'» I said, ‘I’m so sorry,’ but he said, ‘don’t say sorry.'»
I saw supporters here, and this was really very sweet.

When a man in the crowd yelled at Lopez that he was the fan she had talked to the day before, she said, «Was that you?! «Oh my god,» she said, gesturing toward him.
Lopez then rose from her chair, approached the fan, and gave him a tearful embrace as the fan seemed to soothe her once again.
Lopez hugged him and said, «I literally cried when I got in the car.» Since I had never canceled before, I must admit that it was really difficult for me. I apologize.
Lopez responded, «Okay, good,» to the fan’s statement, «I understand, JLo we understand.»
Before Lopez went back to her seat, the two gave one other one more embrace.
«Oh my god, I adore my fans,» she continued.
