Sabrina Carpenter stuns with platinum pin-up curls, lace, and diamonds for her dazzling Vogue cover shoot.
Sabrina Carpenter has been riding a fashion wave since embracing her Short n’ Sweet era, and it’s no surprise she brought her signature glam to the cover of Vogue’s March 2025 issue. Channeling pure bombshell energy, she graced the pages in lingerie, diamonds, and voluminous curls that are nothing short of jaw-dropping.
Styled by Ib Kamara and captured by renowned fashion photographer Steven Meisel, the 25-year-old “Juno” singer evokes icons like Marilyn Monroe and Madonna with a collection of high-fashion pin-up looks.
On the cover, Carpenter sizzles in a custom baby blue Dolce & Gabbana mini dress with a corset-inspired lace-up silhouette.
The look is completed with a dazzling cuff and a long, studded chain necklace. Inside, she’s also seen in a maroon lace Gucci dress, paired with feathery Paris Texas heels and Tiffany & Co. earrings.
Another striking image shows her in a butter yellow strapless Prada gown, accessorized with Graff jewelry and a feathered LaPointe jacket.
Her platinum blonde curls, styled by Guido Palau, add to her star power, while makeup artist Pat McGrath accentuates her bold brows and signature lined lips.
In the cover story, Carpenter reflects on her style evolution, which began after the release of Emails I Can’t Send, her fifth studio album in 2022.
The album, inspired by heartbreak, led her to embrace a more “stripped-down and timeless” aesthetic, drawing from Kate Moss’s iconic past looks.
“That’s why on the cover of Emails, I’m just in a black slip dress.
It’s simple, my hair is natural, and there’s nothing complicated about it,” she explains.
As she toured the album, Carpenter noticed a shift in her style.
“I started wearing outfits that felt more authentic to who I am, and that began to reflect in the music too,” she shared.
For her latest album Short n’ Sweet, Carpenter found herself inspired by women who exude strength and hyper-femininity.
«I wanted to channel that and think, ‘If only she could say what she was actually thinking.’»
This high-fashion moment comes just after Carpenter’s Grammys debut on February 2.
Nominated for six awards, she won two: Best Pop Vocal Album for Short n’ Sweet and Best Pop Solo Performance for “Espresso.”
Her red carpet look was a standout of the night, featuring a backless baby blue halter gown by Jonathan Anderson paired with a breathtaking 80 carats of Chopard diamonds, including a 50-carat stone that graced her back.
After performing a stunning mashup of “Espresso” and “Please Please Please” in a glittering bodysuit and tuxedo, she later changed into a gold chainmail gown, completing the look with a matching bejeweled flask.
