Rita Ora proved she is a woman who can do both as she shared a round up of her recent whereabouts on Thursday.

The singer went barefaced as she flaunted her washboard abs in a burgundy gym gear set while posing for a cheeky selfie in the lift mirror.

The hitmaker kept her hair back off her face with a black headband as she prepared for her workout before later enjoying a glamorous lunch.

Rita, 33, looked positively radiant as she beamed in snaps while styling her brunette locks in a bouncy fresh blow dry.

The star kept it stylish as she wowed in a simple black tank top with matching chunky black bangles and rings.

She captioned the snap: ‘You know when I grin like this, it’s getting weirddd thank god mercury is coming out of its Gatorade…’

Rita also shared another snap as she prepared for a reformer Pilates workout, as she flashed her abs in a gray tank top and black gym leggings.

She completed the look with a dark green baseball cap and some funky yellow trainers.

Rita also suggested she had been fighting off an illness as she shared a snap of a selection of medication as she hinted at a sore throat.

It comes after Rita celebrated Earth Day by sharing snaps and clips from her time in New Zealand to her Instagram on Tuesday.

She wore a black hoodie under a green coat, dark red leggings, and red and yellow trainers with blue socks.

She hiked up the snowy peaks of the country and performed a little dance in the fun clip set to a cover of Somewhere Only We Know.

Rita sported opaque black sunglasses and continued her carefree dance in front of a beautiful landscape, undeterred by a passer-by.
