Salma Hayek, who took part in the Olympic Torch Relay, is bursting with pride.
Days remain before the 2024 Paris Olympics get underway. Hayek, 57, was one of the 175 torchbearers who carried the torch on Tuesday from Rambouillet to Versailles.
On Wednesday, July 24, the actress shared a collection of images and videos from the Château de Versailles house on Instagram, reflecting on the historic occasion and referring to it as an «honor.»

Torchbearers are «selected based on their commitment, dedication and how they embody at least one of the core tenets of Paris 2024,»
which include «sports and the Games,» «communities,» and «the collective,» according to the official Olympic website.
The president of the 2024 Paris Olympics, Tony Estanguet, said in a statement that «the Torch Relay is, above all, a human adventure, represented by the stories of each Torchbearer.»
