Jennifer Lopez is ringing in the new year surrounded by her loved ones!
Ahead of her 55th birthday on July 24, the singer and actress hosted a Bridgerton-themed party in the Hamptons on Saturday, July 20.
A horse trailer, valet, security, waiters, and other staff were spotted outside the venue as workers prepared up for the celebration. In addition, trucks loaded with flowers and furniture were visible before the celebration.
Later, photos of the event showed many of the attendees dressed like royalty, including Guadalupe Rodríguez, Lopez’s mother, who was wearing a blue gown with white lace accents.
Lopez’s celebration coincided with her ongoing summer vacation in the Hamptons, where she has been shopping, taking selfies, and spending time with her spouse Ben Affleck’s 18-year-old daughter Violet.
Lopez posted a happy and upbeat picture to Instagram prior to her party. Three selfies are included in This Is Me… The performer now wished her fans a «happy Saturday» and said that it was «gonna be a great day.»
Lopez gave followers a «lil peek» into the birthday celebration she and 51-year-old Affleck hosted at their house last year, saying it was «with our closest family and friends.»
«I am so grateful to be where I am today at this point in my life’s journey with so many beautiful, caring people to share it all with,» the singer wrote at the time.
Later, Lopez posted a picture of herself dancing on a table at the celebration to Instagram, captioning it, «Birthday mood… all month.»
