Maya Jama poses in lacy black liոgerie for the cover of a magazine
Maya Jama has cemented her icon status by becoming one of 40 women picked to feature on the cover of British Vogue.
The Love Island host rubbed shoulders with the likes of Oprah Winfrey, Victoria Beckham and Cindy Crawford in the shoot, which is the farewell cover of editor-in-chief Edward Enninful.
Maya, 29, was clad in lacy black lingerie for the special photoshoot, smoldering at the lens as she struck a cute pose while she rested in front of the likes of Ariana DeBose, Jameela Jamil and catwalk queen Kate Moss.
The TV beauty was perched on her knees and had her curves on show in lacy black lingerie, while her hair was loose and arranged in waves that echoed old Hollywood glamour.
Pouting at the camera, she looked totally at home in her A-list company.
Another snap showed her sat on the edge of a chair with her endless legs on show in slinky heels. She had one foot resting on the chair and another out in front of her as her long dark hair spilled over her shoulders.
Sharing the images on Instagram, Maya said the shoot was a real “fever dream” and that it was an honor to take part. “What a way to start 2024,” she wrote.
“My 2nd Vogue cover and it is the most iconic I’ve ever been a part of. To spend the day with the most inspiring, incredible and powerful women I’ve looked up to forever doesn’t even feel real, it was a fever dream from the second I got to the shoot.
“An honor would be an understatement, I could write a million words about the day, but I will remember it forever and ever, and I’m so grateful to be a part of Vogue history.”
