The 42-year-old actress and her 32-year-old husband, Nick Jonas, posted new family pictures of their 2-year-old daughter Malti on Instagram on Friday, November 1, in observance of Diwali, India’s largest five-day celebration known as the «Festival of Lights.»
Chopra Jonas donned a yellow and green floral embroidered sari outfit in the adorable pictures, while her daughter wore a mint green sari set.
Jonas wore a kurta with similar floral embroidery that was brown in tone.

According to NBC News, the feast, which commemorates the victory of virtue over evil, began this year on Friday, October 31, the same day as Halloween.
The couple hosted a private dinner for family and friends in London to kick off the holiday, according to NDTV and Times Now.
In a another Instagram post, Chopra Jonas posted pictures from their celebrations with the caption, «Just a perfect Diwaloween 🪔👻.»
A picture of the family standing in front of their entryway opened the post. Malti and Chopra Jonas both wore matching red saris, while Jonas wore a light brown kurta. In a cute picture, the musician was seen walking outside at night while holding their toddler’s hand.
Jonas provided an update on fatherhood when speaking at the Los Angeles premiere of The Good Half, saying that «becoming a parent changed everything in my life and my perspective on everything.»
«Creating projects with my daughter that I will one day be able to see is definitely a goal since she is the light of my life. And this film is definitely one of those,» he remarked.
