Mandy Moore marks her first Thanksgiving as a family of five, expressing how «incredibly thankful» she feels
Mandy Moore is enjoying a particularly special Thanksgiving this year!
On Friday, Nov. 29, the This Is Us star, 40, posted a heartwarming photo on Instagram to mark her first Thanksgiving with baby daughter Louise «Lou» Everett, born in September.
The family portrait includes Moore with her husband Taylor Goldsmith and their two sons, August «Gus,» 3, and Oscar «Ozzie,» 2.
«A day late and without any cute pictures from the day, but oh so thankful for this sweet family of mine. 🦃,» she wrote in the caption.
A few weeks after Lou’s arrival, Moore expressed her excitement about celebrating the holidays with her growing family of five.
«We’re settling into our rhythm and feeling really excited for the upcoming holidays,» she said. «This time of year is my favorite, and now with the holidays back-to-back—Halloween, Thanksgiving, then Christmas—it feels even more special to experience it all together as a family of five.»
Moore and Goldsmith, 39, kept things simple for the holidays this year, opting for a cozy time at home. «We’re excited to stay in and be together as a family,» Moore shared.
«Our family feels truly complete,» she added. «We’ll start creating new traditions and figure out what we want to incorporate.» Back in October, Moore marked Lou’s first month by posting a series of heartfelt photos on Instagram from the day she was born. «One whole month with our Lou,» Moore wrote.
«The hungriest, sleepiest, happiest, tummy-time champ. She’s a total dream in every way, and we can’t imagine life without her… it’s like she’s always been part of our family.»
