Kylie Kelce expresses her gratitude for her nanny of three years, emphasizing how crucial it is to «step away» and take time for herself.
Kylie Kelce is expressing her gratitude for her nanny, who has been a vital part of her life for the past three years.
During the January 12 episode of Sunday Sports Club with Allison Kuch, Kelce, 32, shared how crucial it is for moms to carve out time for themselves.
As she prepares for the arrival of her fourth child, she praised her nanny for helping her manage mom guilt and giving her the opportunity to «step away» when needed.
«The girls don’t cry when I leave—they’re happy that she’s there,» Kylie said about her nanny.
«We’ve had enough discussions, and I know she holds them to the same standards I do.»
Despite having help in the home, Kelce reassured that her children know to turn to Mom first for comfort.
As she gets ready for the birth of her baby girl with her husband, retired NFL center Jason Kelce, 37, Kylie is making sure to take moments for herself.
«When you have a newborn, a maternity nurse once told me that you should prioritize showering every day—it might be the only five minutes you get to yourself,» she explained.
«I really try to remember that during the recovery phase, because sometimes it’s the only time you get without a baby on you.»
Kylie and Jason share three daughters: Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 23 months, and are excitedly awaiting their fourth child.
In May 2023, Jason spoke about the joy of being a father to daughters, calling it the «biggest highlight» of his life.
«After Wyatt was born, I told my mom, ‘I’m sorry, I had no idea what you guys were sacrificing for us every day,'» he shared.
«Being a father is by far the biggest highlight of my life.»
