Justin Baldoni claims that Blake Lively made a joke about his nose on the set of It Ends with Us, suggesting that he «should get plastic surgery.»
Justin Baldoni’s recently filed lawsuit against Blake Lively includes an accusation that Lively made a joke about Baldoni’s nose while they were filming *It Ends with Us*.
In the $400 million lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York on January 16, Baldoni, 40, claims that Lively, 37, jokingly suggested he «should get plastic surgery» while the two filmed a scene for the movie.

Baldoni’s attorneys also disputed Lively’s December 20 lawsuit, which alleged that Baldoni had added “graphic content” to the film.
They stated that Lively teased Baldoni about his nose during a «romance montage» while the characters were on a date, which Baldoni laughed off, joking back.
Lively reportedly continued the jokes about his appearance, including the suggestion about surgery.

Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, issued a statement, claiming that the lawsuit was based on substantial, untampered evidence revealing Lively and her team’s attempt to harm Baldoni’s reputation by spreading manipulated and false information.
Freedman said: «We have full confidence in the evidence we have, including text messages, emails, and video footage, and we are ready to present it to prove the truth.
This is a case Lively and her team will regret.»

He added that Lively and her team tried to destroy Baldoni’s career before even considering legal action, using the media for manipulation.
In Lively’s initial December 20 lawsuit, she accused Baldoni of creating a “hostile work environment,” alleging uninvited intrusions into her trailer and accusations of pressure to simulate nudity and engage in unscripted physical intimacy during a birth scene.
She also claimed that these actions caused her emotional distress, including grief, trauma, and extreme anxiety.

Baldoni’s legal team rejected Lively’s allegations, particularly the claims about “graphic content,” including a scene where Lively’s character was to orgasm on-camera.
They countered that Lively had refused to meet with the intimacy coordinator to discuss the scenes in question, and Baldoni was left to review the suggestions with the coordinator alone.
They also added that Lively later declined a suggestion based on the book but accepted another idea instead.

Baldoni’s team emphasized that Lively’s allegation of a scene being filmed without sound was incorrect, noting that Baldoni had worn a microphone during filming and that the entire interaction was captured on camera.
They denied any unprofessional behavior by Baldoni and labeled Lively’s sexual harassment claim as a “fabricated lie” with no basis in fact.
