Jenna Ortega switched from a goth girl to an ethereal beauty in a floral dress at the ceremony
Jenna Ortega exuded class in a stunning Dior dress as she made an appearance at the 75th Annual Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Monday.
The Wednesday actress, 21 — who is slated to star in new comedic drama titled Miller’s Girl with Martin Freeman — joined other celebrities on the glitzy red carpet, including Padma Lakshmi and Claire Danes.
The star — who received a nomination during the event — donned a strapless, cream-colored ensemble that contained a full skirt that stopped just above her ankles.
Colorful, floral details were embroidered throughout the semi-sheer material that offered an elegant flare.
Ortega slipped into a pair of nude-colored heels that contained silver, dazzling embellishments on top.
Jenna accessorized her glamorous look by adding a glittering, silver necklace as well as a matching bracelet on her left wrist as well as a chunky ring.
Her brunette locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in elegant waves.
The star’s makeup was classically done for the evening, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a light shadow around her eyes.
A light pink blush was added to her cheekbones, while a nude-colored, matte tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
While posing for a variety of snaps on the red carpet, the actress opened up about her upcoming projects, such as Beetlejuice 2, with Entertainment Tonight.
‘All I can say, is probably it’s some of the most fun I’ve ever had on a set, visually so exciting. Everything was practical,’ she expressed of the sequel to Beetlejuice (1988).
‘I think we’re not using very much CGI or anything like that at all,’ Jenna continued. ‘So, it was nice. It was very satisfying shooting on set…’
She added, ‘It looks cool. Everyone did an incredible job. I felt so lucky to be there. It was insane…I can’t wait for people to see that one.’
