Jason Kelce humorously shut down his wife Kylie’s request to watch a holiday movie together after she asked multiple times
Jason Kelce and his brother Travis Kelce quickly rejected Kylie Kelce’s request to watch a holiday movie during her call on the Wednesday, Dec. 4, episode of their New Heights podcast.
“I’m not calling for relationship advice,” Kylie, 32, joked. “What I need is to nominate a movie for the next review. With the holidays here, Love Actually is a perfect choice—a movie you can enjoy with your significant other.”

Kylie, who’s expecting her and Jason’s fourth child, dropped a few playful hints: “It’s not like one of your significant others hasn’t asked you to watch it several times, and you’ve said ‘no’ each time. This would be a great excuse to finally watch it. I hope you’ll consider it!”
But Jason, 37, wasn’t having any of it, quickly shutting down the idea with a laugh, “Love Actually, come on, Kylie!”
Jason, who is already a dad to daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 21 months, didn’t seem familiar with the 2003 holiday classic.

“Is that the one with Gerard Butler?” Jason asked, prompting Travis, 35, to quickly step in with, “No, it’s got Hugh Grant and Liam Neeson.”
“Liam Neeson—like in a Taken movie?” Jason replied. “Now, I’d be in for Taken.”
When he realized that Love Actually had no connection to Taken, Jason shifted gears. “I think we can both agree we’re not doing Love Actually,” he said, adding, “We’ll leave it up to a fan vote as always—no favoritism, not even for my wife.”

But Kylie wasn’t giving up just yet. She told her husband and brother-in-law that she’d even be willing to make an appearance on the podcast if they chose Love Actually for their next review.
“I don’t think it really changes anything,” Travis said with a laugh, before joking, “Don’t f—ing torture me. I’m an innocent bystander here, Ky. Don’t come for me.”
Jason, trying to find a middle ground, suggested that Kylie could review the movie on her Not Gonna Lie podcast, and he even offered to join her for the review.

However, Travis, who met Love Actually star Hugh Grant at one of his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stops, admitted that he’d recently developed a liking for the British actor’s films.
«I’m not gonna lie, I’ve watched two or three Hugh Grant movies since,» said the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. “And I f—ing love all of them. There’s something about knowing the guy, man.”
