Exclusive. Kim Kardashian introduces her new Tesla robot, »Greet My New Friend»
Kim Kardashian is showcasing her newest luxury, high-tech gadget.
The creator of SKIMS shared a video of her new Tesla robot on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday, November 18.
She wrote, «meet my new friend🦾🤖@Tesla,» as the video’s description.
Kardashian, 44, questioned the Tesla bot in the video, «Can you do this? As she forms a half-hand heart, she asks, «I love you?» «You know how to do that?» she asks, gasping as the robot finishes it.
In another video posted to her Instagram Stories, the actress from American Horror Story won a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors and taught the robot how to blow a kiss.
She screamed, «You’re so cute!» when the Tesla machine blew her a kiss.
Additionally, the robot may be seen performing the «Raise the Roof» dance, sprinting, and waving.
Although Tesla may begin utilizing them internally as early as next year, CEO Elon Musk has stated that production of the Tesla Gen 2 humanoid robot, also known as Optimus, will be fully underway by 2026.
Tesla bots might cost anything from $20,000 to $30,000 when they become available.
Later videos on her Instagram Stories feature the former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star flaunting a gold Tesla Cybercab that hasn’t been released yet and another gold Tesla robot.
It’s unknown whether Kardashian, who owns a Tesla Cybertruck, was given the chance to test drive the Tesla items or whether any of them are personal purchases.
Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, gave her youngest son, Psalm, a Cybertruck toy for his fifth birthday earlier this year.
The mother of four posted a video to her Instagram Stories on May 9th, saying, «Now you match mommy, huh?»
«I’m going to take this to school by car!» In the same film, Psalm exclaimed with excitement.
«This isn’t something you can drive to school,» Kardashian laughed in response. «Let me see, get in it.»
«Thank you mom! @krisjenner for the coolest gift for Psalm for his birthday,» she commented after the video. «Baby Cyber truck.»
