Exclusive. Kim Kardashian Channels Hollywood Glamour at the LACMA Art+Film Gala by Donning Princess Diana’s Pendant

Kim Kardashian is paying homage to royalty by going all out on the red carpet!
The 44-year-old businesswoman wore a cream cloak and a plunging white Gucci gown to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s LACMA Art+Film Gala on November 2. She accessorized with a beautiful piece of vintage jewelry. Princess Diana once wore Kardashian’s amethyst Attallah cross pendant, which is studded with diamonds.
At Sotheby’s annual Royal & Noble auction in 2023, the reality star paid $197,453 for the pendant. The diamonds in the pendant weigh 5.25 carats.
The pendant was most notably worn by the late Princess of Wales at Birthright’s charity event in London in 1987, when she wore it on a long pearl chain. She wore the item at the time with a royal purple Victorian velvet gown by Catherine Walker. She did, however, wear the item more than once.
Kardashian wore the royal necklace on a shorter pearl chain that was connected to a pearl and silver choker, with another pearl necklace layered underneath. The creator of SKIMS also wore her hair in a mid-length bob with one curl touching her forehead and flicked out ends. She used a classic smoky eye and a nude lip as her evening makeup.
Throughout the autumn, the reality star has been making fashion statements that will never be forgotten.
She celebrated turning 44 on her birthday in October by dressing in a fairly literal «birthday suit.» She posted video of herself wearing a naked outfit in the early hours of her birthday on October 21.
Her hair was curled in large waves, and her glam went extremely Hollywood. The social media celebrity added matching rings, a Tiffany diamond choker, and perspex heels as finishing touches.
The creator of SKIMS walked the red carpet once more earlier this autumn, on September 9 in New York City, for the Kering Foundation’s annual Caring for Women Dinner.
