Exclusive. Four months after listing, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s $68 million Beverly Hills mansion is still for sale
After being married in 2022, the pair bought the 38,000-square-foot mansion in May 2023.
After almost four months on the market, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s Beverly Hills property is still for sale.

On July 11, the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom California house went up for public listing. They first attempted to sell it off-market in June, which is a typical strategy used by well-known sellers to preserve their anonymity.
However, when they failed to find a buyer, they chose to make the listing public a month later.

Less than a year after their marriage, in May 2023, Affleck, 52, and Lopez, 55, paid $60,805,000 for the 38,000-square-foot mansion.
With a separate guest apartment, a 12-car garage, and an indoor sports complex with pickleball and basketball courts, a gym, and a boxing ring, the five-acre property is presently advertised for $68,000,000.
According to a source, Affleck had been sleeping at a different residence while filming The Accountant 2, which led to the couple’s separation in May.

While Lopez was on vacation in Europe the next month, Affleck moved out of the joint house.
«Ben still resides in the rental in Brentwood. He has now been there for around two months. «He seems fine,» the source stated.
«He appears to be focused on his work and has been in his office every day.

Additionally, he is spending time with his children.
Since then, Affleck has spent $20 million on a new house in Brentwood, a five-bedroom spread.
Despite their joint consent to the purchase, Affleck and Lopez had some misgivings about the house.

Although she usually favors «a romantic, Spanish, European vibe» over modern architecture, she appreciated the roomy layout, which provided plenty space for their blended family, according to a source.
Affleck, for his part, has never liked the house’s location—it’s a long drive from his kids’ Brentwood neighborhood. Another insider claimed that Ben had to spend a lot of time and effort navigating traffic from their home.
