Demi Moore Wasn’t Disregarding Kylie Jenner at the 2025 Golden Globes, Daughter Tallulah Willis Says: ‘Let It Go’

Demi Moore was not dismissing Kylie Jenner during a viral moment at the 2025 Golden Globes, as some speculated.

At the ceremony on January 5, Moore shared a hug with Elle Fanning and conversed with Fanning’s *A Complete Unknown* co-star Timothée Chalamet at their table. A brief video clip showed Moore seemingly skipping over a greeting with Chalamet’s date, Kylie Jenner, which sparked online discussion.

In response, Moore’s daughter, Tallulah Willis, took to Instagram to set the record straight.

«NIPPING THIS IN THE BUD — we spent New Year’s with Elle, so reconnecting with her after her win was a natural moment,» wrote Tallulah, 30, on her Instagram Stories on January 6. «This angel was in total shock and joy, moving through a room full of well-wishers.»

Tallulah emphasized, “There was no snub whatsoever. If my mom had seen Kylie wanting to congratulate her, she would have happily made the time. Seriously, let’s all take a step back and let a woman bask in her achievement!”

Moore’s daughters watched the event from home, celebrating their mom’s win, and shared an adorable video of their reactions. Tallulah also expressed her pride in Moore’s recognition, calling her the “greatest teacher” and writing, “The genuine shock makes me tear up. You are so worthy.”

She continued, “The world is seeing you as your family does, and I am beaming with pride,” and in another post, added, “My absolute muse, my queen, the joy I see in your face lights a thousand bulbs.”

Jenner, 27, attended the awards to support her boyfriend Chalamet, 29, who was nominated for his role as Bob Dylan in the biopic *A Complete Unknown*.
