Blake Lively looks chic in an oversized floral shirt and baggy red jeans
Blake Lively looked boho chic while on set for her latest project It Ends With Us.
The 36-year-old actress — who was seen on set of the same film just days ago — was dressed comfortably in the look reminiscent of both bohemian and hippie influences on the Plainfield, New Jersey set on Wednesday morning.
She donned an oversized seafoam green, red, and white multiple-patterned silk top over a clinging white tank top on the outing.
The mother-of-four also donned a pair of wine-colored baggy jeans which were tucked into black leather booties.
Adding to the boho-chic look the stunner carried along a patchwork jacket which went perfectly with the entire ensemble.
Blake’s hands were full as she carried along two rather large bags including a brown suede one and in addition to a sculpture monogram East-West tote bag from Valentino Garavani which retails for $2,700.
Her strawberry blonde locks were worn down as they flowed like waves over her shoulders as she showcased her natural looks by wearing minimal-make-up.
Not seen on set were Blake’s co-stars Justin Baldoni and Hasan Minhaj whom she has been seen with in recent weeks. Justin is also directing and co-writer of the film.
The film was originally set for a February 4 release but the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes halted production for months.
Based on a romance novel by Colleen Hoover, It Ends With Us stars Blake as a woman named Lily who finds herself in an abusive marriage.
In the book, Lily grows up watching her own father strike her mother, and though she hopes not to repeat the pattern, she winds up married to a man who hits her too.
Lily’s abusive husband Ryle is played by Justin, who is also directing the movie and who shares a writing credit on the screenplay with Christy Hall.
When Blake’s casting was announced, Colleen, who described the book as being ‘loosely inspired by my mother,’ gushed over her leading lady on Instagram.
