In Sydney, Ariana Grande is going out with Ethan Slater!
The 31-year-old singer and actress arrived in Sydney on Saturday, November 2, arm in arm with her boyfriend and 32-year-old Wicked co-star Slater for the Australian premiere of their eagerly awaited movie.
In an homage to the colors used by her Wicked character Glinda, Grande was seen holding hands with Slater while sporting a full pink ensemble that included a pleated skirt and a long-sleeved polo shirt.
The singer of «Yes, and?» also donned a Burberry bowling bag, Burberry checked heels, and a crossbody trunk bag from Loungefly’s Wicked line, which was inspired by Glinda’s stylish steamer trunk.
The Broadway veteran donned shoes, an Out of Print cap, and casual brown sweater and navy-blue slacks for this role.
Cynthia Erivo and Marissa Bode, who costarred with the pair in Wicked, joined them upon their arrival.
In homage to her role in the movie Elphaba, Erivo, 37, sported a complete green outfit that included a bomber jacket dress, a Baker Boy cap, and gold drop earrings.
In July 2023, Grande and Slater formally announced their romance after meeting while filming Wicked. This occurred after Slater split from his now-ex-wife, Lilly Jay, and Grande split from her now-ex-husband, Dalton Gomez. Jay and Slater have a 2-year-old kid together.
After Slater recently commended Grande for her performance in Wicked, the two were spotted together for the first time.
In an interview, he stated, «I’m just really proud of Ari and the work she’s done on this.» «She has given it her all.»
«I’m incredibly proud that I was able to witness that portion of it, and I can’t wait to witness the next phase when the world witnesses the incredible feat she accomplished.»
Conversely, Slater also discussed how he has had to adjust to their relationship become public.
«I think there was something that was really difficult about things in your private life being commented on and looked at by the public,» he stated to the media.
