On Wednesday, Jennifer Lopez demonstrated her mastery of casual-cool style while on a family trip with her toddler Emme.

While she and Emme went shopping in Los Angeles, the 55-year-old singer and actress wore a stylishly oversized sweater with a pair of loose trousers.

A day before she was scheduled to accompany Vice President Kamala Harris at a rally in Las Vegas, the Unstoppable actress was attending to business.

After former President Donald Trump’s campaign infuriated Latin voters by having comedian Tony Hinchcliffe refer to Puerto Rico as a «floating island of garbage» during a Trump event at Madison Square Garden, Jennifer will be demonstrating her support for the Democratic presidential contender.

Wearing a cream-colored ribbed turtleneck sweater that draped loosely on her slender frame, Ben Affleck’s estranged wife looked comfortable.

Her big brown suede platform boots were almost swallowed up by the loose, discolored blue jeans she wore with it.

The Out Of Sight actress added a big brown patterned tot purse to her understated ensemble, and for an added stylish touch, she wore hefty square-framed sunglasses.

Despite the casualness of her attire, her caramel-colored hair was well groomed and fell in soft waves over her shoulders.

Emme looked great with black trousers with the hems folded up and a black graphic T-shirt with a punk vibe.

After going to a store with their mother, they were spotted carrying a big paper shopping bag and accessorizing the ensemble with basic black shoes.

During the trip, the If You Had My Love singer was photographed inspecting a pair of red high-top sneakers as Jennifer and Emme seemed to be shopping for clothing.

Prior to deciding to accompany Harris, Lopez had been urging her followers to cast ballots in the Tuesday, November 5 election.

Together, our voices are more powerful. However, being registered to vote is the only way for your opinion to be heard, she stated.

In a state that Democrats fear is vanishing, Lopez and Harris will share a platform on Thursday.
