Jennifer Lopez is in the midst of one of the most publicized celebrity divorces with Ben Affleck, but she is adhering to her routine.
The 55-year-old superstar will make her next big appearance on Sunday, October 6th, at the American Music Awards’ 50th Anniversary Special.
The «Jenny From the Block» singer last appeared at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. She became viral after footage emerged of her and Affleck’s best friend, Matt Damon, sharing an emotional moment.
The former couple left fans wondering whether they were reconnecting after a blended family breakfast that included some smooching, but they are still going through with their divorce.
Ben has three children with Lopez: Violet (18), Fin (15), and Samuel (12), and the singer has twins Emme and Max with Marc Anthony. Everyone attended the breakfast except Violet, who had recently started school at Yale.
A source told People, «The connection doesn’t end,» adding that JLo helped Ben «become a family man again» when they were still together.
Jennifer is currently meditating with renowned celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser. According to California law, if there is no prenuptial agreement, any earnings or profits made in the previous two years are community property. So anything following their elopement in Las Vegas in July 2022.
According to TMZ, Affleck’s production business, Artists Equity, which he created with Damon in November 2022, is one of the topics of discussion, since they must «agree on what, if anything,» the singer will receive from future films produced by the company.
