Selena Gomez is her sister’s steadfast supporter!
The 32-year-old singer and actress celebrated the birth of her newborn sister on Tuesday, July 30, by sharing old pictures of herself with her 11-year-old sister Gracie Teefey on Instagram.
Gomez captioned the photo, saying, «There’s nothing like a little sister and the bond you have.» «Baby girl, I promise to always love you, protect you, and guide you through every moment of life.»
The initial images that were released showed a blonde-haired Gomez giving a small hug to Gracie while they were sitting on the floor in what looked to be a dressing area.
The next time we saw Gomez, she was grinning and looking down at Gracie, who was standing next to her and giving her a cute leg hug.
Gomez sat on the floor and Gracie lay on her lap, and the sisters were also photographed together enjoying a unique time.
The hit song «Love On» was reshared on Instagram Stories by the singer, who also commented, «Forever and ever, my little angel,» a reference to her younger sister.
Gracie is the daughter of Mandy Teefey, her mother, and Bryn Terfel, her stepfather.
Despite their 20-year age difference, the siblings are nonetheless close, and Gomez frequently pays heartfelt homage to Gracie on social media.
She shared pictures of their enjoyable evening out dining together in March, and now she has posted another shot with her sister.
The «Single Soon» singer at the time-shared a carousel of photos of the couple cuddling up at a restaurant table and striking funny postures with chopsticks on Instagram.
